Der aus Tempranillo-Trauben seiner eigenen Weinberge gewonnene Wein Tempranillo von Bovin ist rubinrot mit leichten violetten Tönen. Die Nase ist fruchtig mit Noten von reifen Brombeeren, schwarzen Pflaumen und Kirschen. Kräuter-Waldblattcharaktere ergänzen die Mischung der Früchte. Am Gaumen befinden sich Fruchtschichten, zuerst sind viele süsse schwarze Früchte zu schmecken, dann wird frisches Rot für alles, was Komplexität ergibt. |

Ottenuto da uve Tempranillo dei propri vigneti, il vino Tempranillo di Bovin è rosso rubino con sfumature violacee. Al naso è fruttato con note di more mature, prugne nere e ciliegie. I personaggi delle foglie di bosco a base di erbe completano il mix di frutta. Ci sono strati di frutta al palato, prima ci sono molti frutti neri dolci da assaggiare, poi il rosso fresco diventa per tutto ciò che aggiunge complessità. |

Fabriqué à partir de raisins Tempranillo de ses propres vignobles, le vin Tempranillo de Bovin est rouge rubis avec des tons violets clairs. Le nez est fruité avec des notes de mûres mûres, de prunes noires et de cerises. Les caractères des feuilles de la forêt à base de plantes complètent le mélange de fruits. Tikveš Wine Region
The Tikveš wine sub-region is situated on the same longitude as Toscana in Italy, Bordeaux in France and the Napa valley in the USA. It is one of the biggest regions in Macedonia by square area and it is situated at latitude of 41-42˚. The climate is mixed, Continental-Mediterranean. The south of the Tikveš region is dominated by a Mediterranean climate featuring long and hot summers.
To the north there is a predominant continental climate with mild and wet winters. The mean annual temperature is 13.3˚C, while during the vegetation period it is 18˚C. In the summer the temperature may reach over 40˚C. The mean precipitation during the vegetation period amounts to 300-500 mm.
The Tikveš region is “protected” on three sides by mountains which prevent the northern winds from reaching the vineyards. The following types of soil prevail in the Tikves region: Rendzina, Vertisol, deluvial, alluvial soil and Terra Rosa.
Bovin
Established in 1998, as a first family owned winery in Macedonia, Bovin Winery in Negotino has continually grown to reach an overall annual output of 1.2 million liters of wine. Under the direction of the Winery’s professional management team this ambitious objective was reached in 2008.
Bovin’s quality driven strategy of targeting the domestic market’s high-end consumers has paid the dividend of increasing exports by a factor of ten. Bovin wines are now found in Europe, North America, Arica and Asia.
